This is the full "Enchantment." Ideal for large parties, medium weddings, community events, and large fundraisers, the Enchantment Bundle transforms your venue with a complete sensory experience. With a powerful sound system and a full lighting array, this package casts a spell on the entire room, ensuring the magic is felt by every guest. Crowd Size: 125 - 250 guests Performance: Minimum 5 hours @ $125/hour Included Equipment "Elements": Sound: A full-range, high-power sound system (e.g., 2x 15" Tops + 2x 18" Subs) for immersive sound. Microphone: 2x Wireless Microphones for hosts or MCs. Cancellation Policy
PAYMENT TERMS A 50% non-refundable retainer and a signed agreement are required to secure the DJ services of Soul in Authenticity, with a deadline of 30 days before the event at the latest. Initial Payment and Balance Due may be made by Interac e-transfer to soulinauthenticity@gmail.com using the contract number as the password. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are also accepted. A credit card invoice will be sent separately for secure online payments on receipt of your signed contract. Certified cheques and debit cards are also accepted. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING TERMS If the client cancels less than 7 days before the event, the full event fee is due (as you have likely turned down other work for that date). All cancellations must be made in writing (e.g., by email). If the performer must cancel due to illness or an emergency, they will make every effort to find a suitable, professional replacement DJ at no additional cost to the client. If a replacement cannot be found, the performer will issue a full refund of all monies paid by the client, including the retainer. If the client wishes to reschedule, they may reschedule to a new date (subject to the DJ's availability) within 12 months, and all monies paid will be transferred to the new date. FORCE MAJEURE (ACT OF GOD): This clause protects both parties from circumstances beyond their control (e.g., severe weather, venue fire, pandemic, power outage). Should any of the major circumstances listed above arise, neither party shall bear liability, and all payments shall be transferred to a rescheduled date. SETUP & TEARDOWN I will require access to the venue for a specific amount of time before the start time for setup, depending on the selected bundle. In addition, I will need time for teardown. Setup and teardown are not billed as performance time. CLIENT/GUEST CONDUCT The client is responsible for the conduct of their guests. I, the DJ, can reserve the right to stop the performance if my safety, or the safety of my equipment, is threatened by unruly, aggressive, or intoxicated guests.
