Cancellation Policy

INVESTMENT & PAYMENT TERMS Services are reserved upon receipt of a signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable retainer, due no later than 30 days before the event date. Payments may be submitted via Interac e-Transfer to soulinauthenticity@gmail.com (Autodeposit enabled). Major credit cards and debit payments are accepted securely online via electronic invoice or in person. CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & FORCE MAJEURE Client Cancellation: All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made thirty (30) days or fewer before the scheduled event date require full payment of the remaining balance. Rescheduling: Clients may transfer all paid funds toward a rescheduled date within 12 months, subject to Pete the Wizard's calendar availability. Performer Emergency: In the rare event the Performer cannot fulfill the engagement due to an extreme personal emergency or illness, the agreement is dissolved, and 100% of monies paid (including the retainer) will be immediately refunded. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, power outages, venue emergency). Payments will be credited toward a rescheduled date. SETUP, TEARDOWN & CONDUCT Setup/Teardown: Arrival, sound checking, and teardown time are included with all signature bundles and do not count toward your active performance window. Conduct & Safety: The Client maintains responsibility for guest conduct. The Performer reserves the right to pause or cease operations if safety or equipment integrity is threatened by aggressive or reckless behaviour.
